Because Aura Steps footwear is crafted individually by hand using premium, soft materials, taking proper care of them keeps them looking new for longer:

• Cleaning: Gently wipe away dirt with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid washing your pairs directly with water or harsh detergents.

• Storage: Keep your flats and mules in a dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to protect the material texture and cushioning.

• Disclaimer: Our 7-day policy covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover standard wear-and-tear from daily outdoor use, accidental scrapes, or damage caused by improper cleaning.
