7-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy

If your shoes do not fit perfectly or you change your mind, we make it easy to swap them. You have 7 days from the delivery date to claim a return or exchange.

• Condition: The pairs must be unworn, clean, and packed in their original Aura Steps box.

• How to Exchange: Simply send a message to our customer care team on WhatsApp with your order number.

• Refunds: If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, the amount will be transferred directly to your bank account or digital wallet within 7 days after we receive the item back.
