We process and pack orders quickly to ensure your pairs reach you as fast as possible.

Before Shipping: You can modify or cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone immediately to update your sizing, address, or to cancel.
After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you still wish to change your pair, you may utilize our 7-Day Exchange Policy after receiving the delivery.
